How to join servers that say 'Low Pings Only'

Okay. first of all you type in console, bind 0 reconnect (or any button ya wanna bind on)

then join the server and if the 'Low Pings Only' thing comes up tap the reconnect bind twice and Pow it goes to Awating Gamestate and u join the server. lol

if you reconnect too fast you get a message saying Too soon. but eventually youll get in
