Jka v1.00 Glossary
Backflips > a reverse jump attack.
Back Stab/Slash > an attack performed automaticly while attacking when another player is behind you.
Butterfly > an animated staff/dual saber combo attack sequence (aka bfly).
Cartwheel > a jumping attack initiatied when performing a standard cartwheel jump while in mid swing.
Combos > any series of continuous successive attacks.
Crouching > when the player is crouched.
Deflects > when any attack is blocked by another saber.
Delays > any exploit attack where the player utilizes jump animation to delay a saber strike.
Kata > an animated attack sequence.
Kick > an alt attack performed by staff and melee users.
Hurricane > a series of successive attacks alternating between the sweep and front slash attacks.
Laming > any damaging attack inflicted on a player when they are either: in a chat bubble state or have their saber down.
Long Jump > an exploit that allows the player to jump farther.
Overhead > a forward attack.
Poke > any attack where the saber becomes temporarily fixed in an out stretched position. pokes may be achieved in a variety of ways and there are several variations of the poke (eg. wall poke, backflip poke, poke poke etc..).
Roll Stab > a rolling attack.
Saber Dance > Rapid swings from left to right or vice versa.
Saber Gunning > an exploit where a player uses saber animation to attack.
Slash > a forward side attack.
Spinning > a rapid continuous movement of the mouse in a singular lateral direction which causes the player to spin in a circle.
Superman Jump > any jump where the player appears to be flying.
Sweep > a reverse side attack.
Swipe > a side attack.
Twirl > a mini kata performed by staff and dual saber users
Uppercut > a lunge attack performed with a single saber in blue stance.
Wall Flip > where a player jumps next to a wall causing them to flip around.
Wall Grab > where a player jumps on to a wall grabs it and jumps off again.
Wall Jump > where a player runs towards a wall, runs up it and does a back flip.
Wall Run > where a player runs along side a wall, runs up it and back down again.
Wiggles > a movement of the mouse performed in mid swing that causes the saber to vibrate, increasing the damage yield and occasionally breaking blocks.
Yawing > in a sense digital spinning, the right left/turn keys are used to rapidly cause the player to spin around.
post your own and i'll add them to the list, if you can come up with a more accurate definition to one i have posted then it will be replaced. (keep in mind this isnt a tutorial on how to perform the moves, hence definitions are left intentionally vague)
